SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is a revolutionary approach that treats childhood anxiety by working directly with parents. By changing how we respond to our children’s anxiety, we can help them build resilience and overcome their challenges.

Anxiety in children often leads to family accommodations that, while well-intentioned, can reinforce anxious behaviors. SPACE teaches parents how to supportively and gradually reduce these accommodations, empowering children to face their fears.

Our SPACE groups provide a supportive environment where parents learn alongside others facing similar challenges. Together, we’ll explore new ways to support your child’s emotional growth and independence.
