The Men at Work Group addresses the unique challenges facing modern men in today’s rapidly changing world. Men are rebuilding new models for what it means to be a “good man,” but at the same time they are experiencing declining social connections and supportive networks. This group creates a rare opportunity for men to connect deeply with peers facing similar challenges.
Sessions combine structured discussions with open exploration of members’ current struggles and insights. Rather than prescribing one definition of masculinity, the group helps each member articulate and refine his own values and identity. The group provides a unique space where men can express the full range of their emotions—including anger, fear, grief, and joy—without judgment.
Through this 15-week cycle, members develop deeper connections with other men, identify sources of emotional pain, develop more effective responses to difficult feelings, and create personally meaningful definitions of masculinity that support authentic self-expression and well-being.
