Laís Granemann, Ph.D.

Postdoctoral Resident in Clinical Psychology

Dr. Laís Granemann specializes in working with trauma and anxiety disorders, with a focus on helping clients overcome barriers that are preventing them from reaching their goals. Her approach is grounded in extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy, and she offers a welcoming and affirming therapeutic space tailored to individual needs. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Dr. Granemann completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees in psychology in Brazil, where she worked as psychotherapist in private practice for over seven years, and received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fordham University in New York. She has trained in community mental health settings and medical and psychiatric hospitals, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NewYork-Presbyterian/Gracie Square Hospital, the International Rescue Committee in New Jersey, and WellSpan Health in Pennsylvania providing individual, couples, and group therapy and conducting psychological evaluations.
